CMP
The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) covers everything and simplifies budgeting for the busy planner. It saves time and frees you up for what you do best - plan the meeting agenda; sessions, taking care of your speakers and VIP's. Best of all, there are no surprises when it comes to final costs. We will give you an easy-to-understand, up-front estimate based on per-person/per-day prices.

The CMP includes:

Overnight Accommodations
Three meals daily
Continuous coffee breaks
General Session meeting room
Standard audiovisual equipment (LCD and/or overhead projector, podium, screen)
Dedicated Conference Service Manager
All service, gratuity and tax charges

MMP
The Modified Meeting Package (MMP) covers everything the CMP does with the exception of Dinner.

DMP
The Day Meeting Package (DMP) is for local participants and covers everything the MMP does with the exception of the overnight accommodations.
