At no cost to you, Meeting Solutions, Inc. will search out sites that meet your meeting's requirements, determine date availability and negotiate a contract which will be to your benefit.

Meeting Solutions will also arrange your site inspection of the properties which have availability and fit your profile. Because we place over 40,000 room nights per year worldwide, we are able to procure excellent room rates for our clients. This service will save you both time and energy and will keep your meeting well within budget, all at no cost to you.

Should your meeting needs require additional assistance in planning and management, Meeting Solutions offers a second set of services.

These services can vary depending on your needs and can include anything, including total meeting management, registration, golf tournaments or team building. And, our service oriented professional staff is available to provide on-site meeting management whenever you request it. Fees are negotiated according to services required.
